About Azad M. Marvazy, Esq.
As a litigator with over a decade of exclusive practice in the employment arena, Azad has long been driven by a commitment to fairness. A graduate of the UCLA School of Law, his legal career began in advocacy—representing clients in high-stakes employment disputes.
Over time, his professional focus evolved as he discovered a true calling as a mediator. Throughout his years of practice, private mediation has served as a guiding force, allowing him to work strategically with all sides to help resolve conflict in a way that is both effective and human. Since 2024, he has served as a Settlement Officer with the Los Angeles Superior Court Resolve Law program, effectively assisting litigants to bring their employment matters to prompt resolution.

While outcomes can not be guaranteed, I can assure you that I will expend every effort to help resolve your matter. This extends well beyond our single day of mediation, including keeping the lines of communication open until a conclusion is reached. When selecting a mediator, you should be confident that all submitted materials have been thoroughly reviewed, that your neutral is prepared with questions and a solid grasp of your matter, and that 5:00 p.m. does not spell the end, nor mean more costs.
